P. Hill at the pool!
Prince's Hill has been working together with the folks at Bayside family YMCA to create a family night cookout. Each Friday night throughout the summer we offer a different menu. For instance, we hosted Grilled Pizza night, which was a huge hit and alot of fun. Upcoming events include Fiesta night, BBQ night and possibly a Luau!

Graduation Season is always a busy time for us. Here are shots from one of our favorite customers, Evelyn McVey, who hosted a
hors d'oeuvres party at her house in Riverside Terrace overlooking Narragansett Bay.
Congrats to her grandson just graduated from Tolman and is now in the Air Force.

Day Camp Lunches!
School may be out for the summer but if you’ve got kids in day camp chances are good you’re still packing lunches.
After ten months of school lunches most kids are tired of sandwiches and even once enjoyed lunch favorites hold little appeal. In my mind, the key to good camp lunches is to think outside the traditional ‘lunch’ box.
Delivered box lunches are available by the day or by the week.

Get your green on!
March 17th is right around the corner and St. Patrick's Day is one holiday we take very seriously at Prince's Hill. On this day, we wake up extra early and cook up some of the best corned beef and cabbage this side of the pond. It doesn't get any more authentic than this. Come by and enjoy a meal of corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes and some Irish soda bread on the side. Or, take some home for ye lads and lasses to enjoy. And don't forget to come in the day after for some corned beef hash!
Click here to see a video of Chef Brenda and her special assistant Keely making Annie Brennan's corned beef and cabbage recipe.

"New York, New York"
Saturday, January 17th
Last weekend we catered a baby shower in the Tribeca neighborhood of New York City.
But this wasn't your usual baby shower. Parents-to-be Gail Barlow and Charles Squire wanted a cozy evening of cocktails and hors d'oeuvres to share with their closest friends before the arrival of their little one.
